Project Description:

The TownePlace by Marriott, Florida is a 131-suite hotel with 6-stories and approximately 71,000 gross square feet. Designed to Marriott’s latest 4th generation prototype standards, the hotel will feature a combination of studio and one-bedroom suites, each with fully equipped kitchens and living areas, roughly 1,000 square feet of meeting space, complimentary “Morning Break” breakfast, outdoor pool, a patio with BBQ grills and fire pit as well as a modern fitness center. Construction has completed in 2020.
