Our approach goes beyond financial assistance, with ongoing support for small businesses as they develop. As part of this process, ALC participates in a variety of government loan programs including the SBA 504 and SBA 7(a) programs, designed to encourage business growth and facilitate job creation. Our initiatives have been crucial in supporting a broad range of construction projects and business expansions, boosting job creation and economic development, showcasing our commitment to driving economic progress and solidifying our role as a major contributor to the national economy. Our efforts span all 50 states and have supported the creation of about 140,000 jobs. ALC remains committed to helping startups and small businesses, believing that the success of our community is essential for sustained economic growth.

By participating in the Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) Program, we are actively promoting energy efficiency and the adoption of sustainable practices. This includes the integration of solar panels, water conservation methods, and efficient HVAC systems in the projects we support. Our ultimate goal is to lower the carbon footprint while encouraging the use of alternative energy to build a more sustainable world. With a steadfast commitment to transparency and integrity in EB-5 lending, we back projects that adhere to sustainable building practices, ensuring a greener future for generations to come. At ALC, we are dedicated to every step of the journey towards a more sustainable world, driven by our core values and innovative initiatives.

It’s often called the heartland of our country. But population decline has long plagued rural America as people left to find jobs and better healthcare. At ALC, we are dedicated to boosting the well-being of those rural residents and communities. By providing essential funding for new healthcare facilities and other important projects, we help ensure people don’t need to leave their hometowns to find the healthcare they need or better jobs. We leverage key program such as USDA loans and investment to play a crucial role in developing these areas and enhancing local economies.

Through initiatives like our rural development fund, we support the construction of necessary infrastructure, which lays the groundwork for sustainable growth. This approach aligns with our commitment to making a lasting impact by providing communities with the resources they need to succeed and flourish.

Giving Back

At ALC, we believe in the power of giving back to the communities that have supported our growth. As a proud corporate member of the Greater Irvine Chamber and a gold sponsor of the Orange County Startup Council, we actively participate in nurturing the local business ecosystem. Our involvement extends to supporting institutions like UCI’s Paul Merage School of Business and California State University of Long Beach, where we contribute to entrepreneurship and innovation competitions. These initiatives not only foster local talent but also drive innovation, preparing the next generation of leaders and thinkers. We are committed to enhancing the tech ecosystem. By hosting activities like the Irvine Dream Run and panels during New York Tech Week and Irvine Tech Week along with other events, we help spotlight local innovations and tech advancements. All proceeds from these events are directed towards business accelerators, fueling further growth and innovation. This cycle of support and reinvestment is our way of thanking the community and local government for their role in our success.
