The project is located on a 1.5 acre parcel of land within the Central Business District and the Historic Downtown, within easy walking distance of all Downtown amenities. The proposed hotel is a four story structure with 80 keys and rooftop access. Due to its natural surroundings, 300 degree mountain views are available from the third floor, fourth floor, and rooftop. Construction will be completed by 2020.
