Project Description:

The Partake Collective project is a multi-use take-out kitchen, casual restaurant, and exhibition space, all of which will be leased to existing and aspiring chefs and restaurants. The Project will also provide support services to nurture and encourage the success of the lessee-businesses. The Project will include the following components:
  • 8 prep kitchens; 3 premium kitchens; 5 regular kitchens; Communal kitchen for catering
  • Rooftop deck
  • Retail space; Conference room; Show kitchen and event space
  • In-house dining area; Delivery waiting area; Food packaging; Assistance with delivery logistics
