The developer Uptown at Liberty Park, LLC is planning to build a residential rental community with 320 units housed in eight (8) four-story buildings and a 140-bed assisted living facility with memory care in Cape Coral, Florida. American Lending Center approved and funded this loan for Liberty Park Community in Dec of 2017. The total construction cost of this project is $74.5 million, of which EB-5 funds is $20.5 million. The construction will be completed by 2020.
