The Hyatt Place is a 6-story, 132-room Hotel with facilities and amenities including a business center, fitness center, outdoor swimming pool, restaurant, outdoor veranda, 6,405 square feet of meeting space and 230 parking spaces.  American Lending Center approved and funded this loan for Hyatt Place Hotel in April of 2017. The project opened in 2018.
