The developer Beaufort Hospitality Enterprises, LLC is planning build a 133-room boutique hotel and bistro in the town of Beaufort, Carteret County, North Carolina. Facilities and amenities includes a 44-seat lounge area, 6,097 square feet of meeting rooms, exercise room, outdoor pool and hot tub, pavilion, guest laundry, trolley shuttle, and golf carts.  American Lending Center approved and funded this loan for Front Street Village in July of 2017.
