The developer EIC Realty, Inc. is planning to build a 8-story, 122-room upscale boutique hotel with facilities and amenities including a business center, fitness center, outdoor swimming pool, 145-seat restaurant, 44-seat bar & lounge, a 2,618 square feet meeting space and 314 parking spaces.  American Lending Center approved and funded this loan for Feather Sound Hotel in April of 2017.
