The developer 43 Church Street, LLC dba V Hotel New Rochelle is planning to build a 9-story, 80 room Ascend Collection Hotel with facilities and amenities including a lobby workstation, fitness center, a sundries counter, vending areas, a 477 square feet of meeting space and 17 parking spaces.  American Lending Center approved and funded this loan for Ascend Collection Hotel in Aug of 2017.
