Project Description:

The Homestead Resort involves the renovation and expansion of a historic resort property located in Midway, Utah, and its rebranding as an Autograph Collection by Marriott resort. Originally built in 1891 around a natural geothermal hot spring, the property currently includes 123 guestrooms across multiple buildings situated on approximately 154 acres. The project will include the development of expanded lodging, food and beverage outlets, meeting and event space, recreational amenities, and upgraded hot spring facilities. Upon completion, the resort will feature a total of 208 lodging units and operate under the Autograph Collection by Marriott brand.
