Project Description:

AgSci Agriculture (Phase I of the Agriculture Technology Campus) consists of a large-scale controlled environment agriculture (CEA) greenhouse and processing facility designed to produce high-quality tomatoes year-round. Located in Hampton County, South Carolina, the project includes a 1.2 million square-foot greenhouse and an on-site packing and logistics facility. The facility will utilize steel-and-glass construction with rainwater collection for reuse. When operating at capacity, Phase I is expected to produce just under 20 million pounds of tomatoes annually.
