Candlewood Suites is a new development project located in Hartford, CT. It is owned by CAV, LLC, a limited liability company comprised of experienced hoteliers, Mr. Ankit Patel and Mr. Vishant Patel. The Candlewood Suites is an extended stay brand of InterContinental Hotels Group (“IHG”). The Candlewood Suites hotel features 81 rooms, a breakfast dining area, meeting space, an indoor pool, a fitness center, a complimentary laundry facility, a 24-hour business center, and complimentary shuttle service. The hotel opened in 2017.
