American Lending Center (ALC) – a subsidiary of Regional Centers Holding Group – will accept the 2017 I-829 Approval Award at Invest in the USA (IIUSA)’s seventh annual EB-5 industry forum this week in recognition of their outstanding efforts to successfully have clients’ I-829 petitions accepted by U.S. Citizenship and Immigration services.

IIUSA, the non-profit trade association of the EB-5 regional center industry, has awarded the I-829 Approval Award only five times previously to an elite group of regional lending centers.

ALC will also co-host a conference reception with Kurzban Kurzban Weinger Tetzeli Pratt P.A., a recognized leader in immigration law and litigation, for major industry leaders and stakeholders.

“ALC has redefined excellence in EB-5 lending,” stated Ira Kurzban, industry expert and author of Kurzban’s Immigration Law Sourcebook. “One of the preeminent centers in the country, the company will play a crucial role in the industry’s advancement as a guiding example in maximizing the program’s potential.”

ALC has provided over 175 million dollars to American projects, recruited fully from EB-5 investors. As of April 2017, parent company RCH had successfully funded over 60 Small Business Administration 504 projects with EB-5 funds, stimulating economic growth and job creation all over the country.

“We are honored to have our successful and pioneering EB-5 efforts recognized with this award,” remarked ALC Chief Executive Officer John Shen. “ALC will continue to promote the economic growth of this country through foreign investment in underserved local communities, alongside fellow industry experts like Ira Kurzban.” Shen, recently named one of the 2017 Coleman SBA 504 Lender of the Year by industry publication The Coleman Report, will participate in a panel on optimizing project structure to find investors.
