American Lending Center Financing Takes Stake In Rural Utah Projects
Rural Utah has become an area of emphasis for projects to finance by American Lending Center (ALC).
Utah officials have begun a push to develop rural areas of the state, and have looked to ALC to help leverage financing. Many rural projects, from public infrastructure to resort development, can qualify for loans as part of the Reform and Integrity Act of 2022.
The first project in this series is a real estate development in Deer Valley, Utah, about 45 minutes away from Salt Lake City. The premium residential project would include 40 standalone villas, 36 townhouses, and 20 custom homes.
Called Wildwood Reserve, this exclusive planned community includes amenities including a clubhouse, spa, swimming pool, fitness center and more. It is near ski resorts and other outdoor activities.
A significant number of jobs will be created during the construction phase, and there will be permanent jobs created for maintenance and administration once Wildwood Reserve is completed.
The project has state support, aligning with ongoing economic development efforts by supporting job creation and business development. Construction has begun on some housing units.
