American Lending Center Celebrates Construction Completion at Eritage Resort
WALLA WALLA, Wash.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Ribbon cutting ceremony coincided with opening of 10 new lakeside bungalows
American Lending Center (ALC), a leading EB-5 regional center, welcomes the completion of construction at Eritage Resort. The milestone was marked by a ribbon cutting ceremony at the resort on June 2 attended by ALC President Bruce Thompson, esteemed members of the local community and hospitality industry, and resort leadership.
The resort, located on 300 acres in Washington vine country, now boasts ten lakeside bungalows in addition to the ten suites that opened to the public in July 2018. A LIVE-certified vineyard and a restaurant featuring a menu created by James Beard Award-winning Chef Jason Wilson celebrating locally grown ingredients complement the luxury accommodations. Eritage has been featured extensively in travel and lifestyle publications, including Vogue, Travel + Leisure and Seattle Magazine. The resort was founded by Justin Wylie, owner and winemaker of Va Piano Vineyards, while Fire & Vine Hospitality is responsible for resort services, dining and operations.
“American Lending Center is thrilled to celebrate the completion of construction and commends the entire Eritage team on the creation of an exceptional property,” said Thompson. “We are privileged to be among the investors who helped make Eritage a reality.”
Eritage is ALC’s first major viticulture project, though the regional center has also successfully funded a wine-themed boutique hotel, The Lodge at Columbia Point, in Richland, Wash., as well as several other hospitality properties in the state.
