Project description:

Partake Collective 002 (the “Project”) is located in the Glassell Park neighborhood of Los Angeles, CA. It is the second project of the Partake Collective food-service brand, which develops and operates state-of-the-art mixed-use food-service properties with multiple shared kitchens and dynamic restaurant space for events, workshops, pop-ups, and incubators. The property currently consists of two buildings. One building will include 12 kitchen units available for rent on a monthly basis, storage space, a bar, retail space, and seating for 40-50 people. Also, this building will be designed as a food hall with digital food ordering and pick-up. The alley will be utilized as a drive through for third-party delivery pick-ups.  The second building will include space for rent on three-month increments designed for pop-up restaurants, four kitchen units available for rent on a daily basis, and seating for 35-45 people.
