No. 47 Sportika Indoor Sports Facility, NJ

The owner Field of Dreams, LLC is planning to build a 169,677 square foot indoor sports facility in Manalapan Township, New Jersey. It contains a FIFA regulation soccor field, a baseball field and state-of-the art weight room, all of which will be located on the first floor. On the second floor, there will be three regulation size basketball courts. The property will feature a paved parking lot containing 398 on-site Parking spaces. American Lending Center approved and funded this loan for Indoor Sports Facility in Sep of 2016. The project opened in 2017.
