The subject improvements consist of a proposed 127-suite hotel which will operate as the SpringHill Suites. The lobby area will contain a reception area, a room in which free breakfast will be served, a lobby sitting area, administrative offices, two meeting rooms, a business center, vending and sundry shops, a fitness center, etc. The hotel will have an outdoor swimming pool and a whirlpool. All rooms will be accessed from interior corridors.
