The Summerset Assisted Living and Memory Care Facility is a 106 unit 128 bed Assisted Living and Memory Care facility; 45 beds will be slated for memory care with the remainder planned as traditional assisted living beds. The facility is designed as a single, three-story building totaling 80,000 square feet. The building includes a mixture of unit sizes ranging from a 342 sf. studio to a 635 sf. two bedroom unit with an average unit size of 456 sf. There are a variety of common-space features and amenities within the facility, including dining rooms, libraries, internet lounges, theater, salons, sundries store, aerobics and physical therapy areas, laundry, gaming and recreational areas, as well as outdoor lounges, putting greens, horseshoe pits, barbeques and gardening areas. Intermixed with the common-space amenities are a commercial kitchen and administration office spaces. The project opened in 2014.
