The developer MDC 5, LLC is planning to build a four-story, 92-room Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott in Wesley Chapel. This hotel will offer a breakfast dining area, 700 square feet of meeting space, an outdoor pool, a fitness room, a lobby workstation, a market pantry, a guest laundry room, and vending areas. American Lending Center approved and funded this loan in April of 2017.
