No. 53 Garden Inn by Hilton, WA

The developer Kalyan Lynnwood Hotels LLC is planning to build a 155-room Garden Inn by Hilton. This hotel will offer one meeting room, an indoor pool and whirlpool, an outdoor pool deck, an outdoor terrace, a fitness room, a 24-hour complimentary business center, a laundry room and the pavilion pantry. American Lending Center approved and funded this loan for Garden Inn in Dec of 2016. The total construction cost of this project is $24 million, of which EB-5 funds is $4.5 million.
