This 106-room Hampton Inn hotel is a four-story building with a breakfast room, a meeting room, a fitness room, a business center, a guest laundry room and a 24-hour pantry.  American Lending Center approved and funded this loan for Hampton Inn in Dec of 2016. The project opened in 2018.
