Etiwanda Montessori opened the Kingston Academy preschool in March 2011. The school was successful, but due to the high rent of the facility, it was unable to operate at full capacity. In 2012, ALC funded an approved SBA 504 loan for Etiwanda Montessori Schools that allowed them to purchase the building that the school operates in outright  and hire new staff necessary for the school to operate at its full capacity of 140 students. The EB-5 fund enabled Etiwanda Montessori to provide existing and new students with professional and trustworthy pre-school services.
