No. 26 Towne Place Suites and Fairfield Inn & Suites, IL

This project includes a 81-room Towne Place Suites and an 108-room Fairfield Inn & Suites, both Marriott brand hotels, on the subject property. Both hotels are four stories, and feature a shared indoor pool, lounge area, fire pit, outdoor seating, pool side café, business center, fitness center, guest laundry, and five meeting spaces that can combine into one room to serve up to 300 attendees. The project opened in 2017.
