No. 19 Southern Oaks Assisted Living Facility, FL

Southern Oaks Senior Living Care, LLC is a startup Florida Limited Liability Company formed to provide seniors with healthcare services and daily assistance ranging from basic supervision to full-time care for residents with Alzheimer’s and Dementia. With Florida’s growing elderly population coupled with a challenging economy, the demand for assisted living facilities that provide less intensive care with low cost structure is increasing rapidly. ALC approved and funded the loan for Southern Oaks Senior Living Care in August 2014. The fund was used to  build a 60-unit, 115-bed assisted living facility on a 4.29 acre land located in Fort Myers, Florida. The project opened in 2016.
