LUTZ, FL (July 31, 2018) – On Tuesday, July 31, American Lending Center (ALC) commemorated the opening of the Hyatt Place Wesley Chapel, an ALC project in Florida funded by EB-5 capital. Another success of the EB-5 program, the hotel is expected to make a sizable economic impact on the area.

ALC, a subsidiary of Regional Centers Holding Group, Inc., invested a total of $6.5 million in EB-5 immigrant investor financing to the hotel project from 13 immigrant investors. The hotel features 130 rooms, a 6000 sq. ft. conference center, and free Wi-Fi. The new facility also boasts a 24-hour StayFit gym and 24/7 Gallery Menu for freshly prepared meals at any time of day.

A pioneer of the EB-5 industry, ALC regional center is the largest non-bank SBA 504 lending institution in America. An established innovator and industry leader, ALC received a record-breaking nine EB-5 project approvals in nine different cities for 30 newly approved investors in March of 2018 alone. The company is currently the largest non-bank SBA 504 lending institution, having successfully provided over 350 million dollars to American ventures and funded 70 SBA 504 projects with parent company RCH. The regional center also served as a financing workshop and bag sponsor earlier this month at the 2018 EB-5 Convention in Los Angeles where company executives CEO John Shen and President Bruce Thompson led panels on marketing and reform.

Hyatt Place Wesley Chapel will be a valuable addition to the city’s expanding tourism and hospitality industries. A grand opening for the hotel is scheduled for late 2018.
