ALC Among Leading Regional Centers Recognized with 2024 I-829 Award at IIUSA Industry Forum

Recognition Highlights a Decade of Operational Excellence and Job Creation Success

American Lending Center (ALC) was honored at the IIUSA Industry Forum in Houston with the 2024 I-829 Award, joining 16 other regional centers recognized for achieving successful outcomes in job creation and long-term operational performance.

The I-829 Award is a significant industry recognition, marking the successful fulfillment of the job creation requirements tied to each project. Given the multi-year timelines involved, recipients of this award demonstrate not only consistent project delivery but also sustained compliance and oversight throughout the investment cycle.

This milestone reflects ALC’s strong commitment to responsible fund management and rigorous monitoring practices. Since 2013, ALC has implemented third-party construction supervision and internal review protocols to ensure that each project generates the economic impact necessary to meet federal program standards. In recent years, ALC has further enhanced transparency by engaging independent auditors to conduct and share annual project reviews with stakeholders.

As a repeat recipient of the I-829 Award, ALC continues to prioritize job-focused outcomes, institutional integrity, and long-term trust across every project it undertakes.
