Position: Bilingual Client Account Associate

Employer: American Lending Center Holdings Inc.

Worksite location: Airport Tower in Irvine, CA

Summary: A fast-growing international financial service company, headquartered in Irvine, California, is seeking a Client Account Associate to work in the Irvine office.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with the marketing team and partner banks to open bank accounts for clients.
  • Assist on fund transfers between accounts.
  • Collect and maintain financial documents for legal filing.
  • Support third party auditing by providing client financial documents.
  • Work with other departments to fulfill compliance requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree in business administration or equivalent
  • At least 2 years working experience at banks or reputable financial institutions
  • Excellent in use of Excel and Word, and familiar with WeChat/Line social media
  • Must be a team player, detail oriented, and a fast learner
  • Bilingual in English and Chinese is a must

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9 am — 6 pm

Pay: Starting from $24.00 per hour
