Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Project Analyst to join our Project Management team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the due diligence process, conducting project analysis, preparing pitching documents, and facilitating communication between the deal team and marketing team. This position provides an excellent opportunity to learn about lending, project management, deal structuring, project financing and project management.

Responsibilities
- Due Diligence Support: Assist in conducting due diligence and analysis for potential project and EB-5 lending, including reviewing business plans, market analysis, feasibility studies, appraisals, financial projections and borrower profiles.
- Pitch Document Preparation: Work closely with the deal team to create professional and compelling pitch decks, proposals, and presentations for potential clients and internal stakeholders.
- Communication with Stakeholders: Help coordinate with underwriters, relationship managers, and senior analysts to gather necessary information, provide updates, and ensure alignment on deal progress.
- Marketing Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that pitch materials align with branding and communication standards.
- Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and potential borrowers to support lending operations.
- Documentation: Assist in preparing and maintaining project documentation, reports, and files for ongoing projects.
Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or equivalent
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (financial modeling), PowerPoint (presentations) and Word (documentation), and familiar with WeChat/Line social media
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams, demonstrating effective interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Basic understanding of financial statements, lending processes, and risk analysis is preferred
- Bilingual in English and Chinese is a must
