Responsibilities:

Website Management

• Coordinate with the overseas marketing team to translate and implement content updates after each U.S. website update.
• Regularly monitor overseas website pages to identify content discrepancies or outdated information and flag them for timely updates.

Social Media & Media Monitoring

• Monitor overseas social media channels daily to track engagement, trending topics, and market feedback relevant to ALC.
• Gather U.S. marketing content (such as event highlights, press releases, and campaign updates) and provide clear, structured updates.
• Assist in the production of marketing video content, including supporting a new YouTube Q&A series that promotes ALC’s EB-5 initiatives.

Marketing Support

• Translate and adapt project-related marketing materials from English to Chinese (vice versa) to ensure accuracy when needed.
• Develop and update Chinese-language brochures for events, ensuring all information aligns with the most recent marketing messaging.
• Create and manage event sign-up links or forms to support campaign launches and lead tracking.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Chinese and English (Traditional Chinese reading/writing is a plus)
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Detail-oriented and proactive

Preferred Skills

• Basic video editing and processing experience
• Familiarity with digital marketing and social media platforms
