Role Description:

This is a full-time hybrid role located in Irvine, CA, for a Senior Client Manager- EB-5 (Bilingual Chinese). Responsibilities include overseeing and managing relationships with EB-5 clients, providing guidance throughout the investment and immigration processes, and assisting with client onboarding. The role involves coordinating communication between clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders to address inquiries and ensure compliance with EB-5 regulations. Additionally, the Senior Client Manager will support the development of client engagement strategies and maintain accurate documentation of client activities. The role requires availability during international business hours, particularly those corresponding to China time zones, to support our overseas clients. The employee is expected to be in the office during regular business hours when their assigned work hours coincide with China business hours.

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in both English and Chinese (written and spoken) is required, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the EB-5 program, immigration processes, and related regulations.
  • Experience in the EB-5 industry, especially in handling complex client situations
  • Exceptional patience and the ability to calmly manage a wide range of client inquiries and requests
  • Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to reassure and comfort clients under pressure
  • High integrity, maturity, and sense of responsibility, someone reliable and grounded
  • The ability to respond promptly and accurately to different client needs and circumstances
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of providing clients with emotional value and a positive interaction experience
  • Experience in building client relationships and addressing client inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, diverse environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
  • Previous experience within the EB-5 industry, financial services, or immigration consulting is strongly preferred.

Salary starting at $75,000 per year.
