The proposed three-story, dual-branded subject hotel will comprise a Sleep Inn and
a MainStay Suites, feature 87 rooms (Sleep Inn & Suites - 46
rooms; MainStay Suites - 41 rooms), a breakfast dining area, an indoor pool, a fitness
room, a business center, a market pantry, a guest laundry room, and vending areas.
The hotel will also contain the appropriate parking capacity (99 surface) and all
necessary back-of-the-house space.The hotel is expected to open in 2020.
