American Lending Center LLC (ALC) is a regional center designated by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) to facilitate EB-5 investments. Its holding company, American Lending Center Holdings Inc. (ALCH), headquartered in Irvine, CA, owns a total of eleven regional centers designated. We believe that integrity, transparency, accountability, along with conservative investment solutions essentially determine long-term sustainable success in EB-5. ALC is a mission-based, private, non-bank lending institution and nationally recognized leader in small business and rural lending. As of 2022, ALC has fully financed 80+ EB-5 investment projects in 19 different states with EB-5 capital siting in the senior loan structure, contributed to a combined construction budget of over one billion dollars, and successfully created more than 12,000 full time jobs nationwide. Its unique risk control approach of utilizing credit underwriting resources, in conjunction with its pioneering efforts in engaging third party construction firms to control construction funds and guarantee the completion of construction, work together seamlessly and have so far achieved a 100% project completion rate. Meanwhile, the immigration counsel and legal team of ALCH have maintained an impeccable record of a 100% approval rate of all the immigration petitions filed.
In 2022 ALC launched its new rural construction and development fund with capital available for construction of fixed assets of all types in rural areas including manufacturing, energy, infrastructure, hospitality, speciality use, multi use and other project types.
